Our pieces are all high-fired in a gas kiln that we moved from our North Carolina studio and rebuilt in our Newfane studio. The kiln is fired to approximately 2300 degrees over twelve hours and then remains closed to cool for the next 40 hours.

The glazes that we use are earthy in their look and feel and are meant to be handled and used in everyday life.

These pots are microwave and dishwasher safe and oven-proof. If they are placed in the oven, please let them warm with the oven to prevent cracking.
